Chattanooga Choo Choo

I left the 'Burg on Sunday and am currrently in Chattanooga TN. I left the 'Burg having spent quality time with all my peps, and after having spent a particularly loving few hours with someone I can't seem to get over. Those hours passed without tears and without physical contact, just honest, nurturing words and joy. It was beautiful. There are no words to explain or rationalize the emotions and love I feel for him. It felt so good to leave that behind, especially with such meaningful closure and now we will finally have some much needed distance.

Today was my first day of training at TVA HQ - lots of paperwork. I am palling around with Kate, the Rec Specialist at the Lenior City office, and she is making the first days of my transition to TVA and TN enjoyable. Kate has shed some light on the brighter aspects of life in Morristown where I will be stationed during my employment. Kate and I chowed on some sushi and schwilled some Ichibans at a Chattanooga sushi bar. Life is good as I'll be stopping in the jacuzzi tonight before hitting the hay under a luxurious down comforter and sandwiched between man-size pillows. I will also wake up to Seattle's Best coffee and a view of Lookout Mountain!!!
