Ms. Ember and Flip cuddle in the tent on Hawk Mtn, GA on Saturday night. The temperature was below zero with the windchill. To keep lil Ember warm she slept in the sleeping bags with us, however, she did more to keep us warm as she was a lil furnace wrapped in down. I think Ember loved her first backpacking trip and, at a young four months, she has now hiked the AT in three states (VA, TN, GA).
